A shared international admissions office for British independent schools

We help schools grow international enrolment through shared admissions infrastructure, vetted agent networks, family communication, and transparent reporting — without the cost of building an in-house international office.

International recruitment has changed

More complex markets

International recruitment now spans multiple regions, expectations, and channels.

Rising expectations

Families expect faster, clearer, and more professional communication.

Internal pressure

Managing agents, applications, and enquiries internally is resource-intensive.

Cost barrier

Building a fully staffed international office is not viable for many schools.

British Admissions Alliance has been established to address this challenge

BAA is an international office without the overhead

The British Admissions Alliance provides a shared international admissions infrastructure for independent schools.

We manage agent relationships, family communication, and application handling — supported by structured reporting and full visibility.

Schools retain full control over admissions decisions while benefiting from a coordinated international recruitment function.

Our Schools Receive

  • Structured, vetted, and professionally managed agent relationships. BAA builds, manages, and strengthens trusted agent partnerships on behalf of member schools, helping create greater consistency, accountability, and quality across the network.

  • Responsive, consistent communication with prospective families. BAA helps ensure that family enquiries are handled professionally and promptly, improving engagement and maintaining momentum throughout the admissions journey.

  • Coordinated support from enquiry through to enrolment, including integrated online entry assessments for all year groups. Applications follow a structured process, helping schools manage international interest efficiently and reduce lost opportunities.

  • Targeted activity across key international markets. BAA supports strategic growth in selected regions through ongoing relationship-building, school representation, and local recruitment activity.

  • Alignment of activity, messaging, and follow-up. BAA helps coordinate outreach, communications, and recruitment actions so that activity is connected, rather than fragmented.

  • Clear insight into pipeline, progress, and performance. Schools gain improved visibility over their international recruitment activity, including enquiries, applications, progression, and conversion.

  • Data-driven understanding of what is working, and where. BAA provides clearer reporting to support informed decision-making and a more disciplined, strategic approach to growth.

  • Structured market activity to strengthen relationships and generate momentum. This includes support for fam trips, roadshows, partnership workshops, and recruitment fairs, helping schools participate in better-coordinated and better-supported recruitment activity.

  • Experienced campaign management across key international channels. BAA supports digital marketing activity across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads, as well as relevant country-specific channels including WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Line, and Telegram, where appropriate to the target market.

We are currently reviewing applications from a limited number of prospective founding schools.

A limited founding cohort

We are currently inviting a small number of schools to join as founding partners.

This is a selective process focused on alignment, readiness, and long-term fit. Founding schools will play a role in shaping the model and benefit from early-stage positioning.
